Scope in, price out.

Post one scoped software task. Three hand-picked builders send sealed, fixed-price quotes with ETA, assumptions, and exclusions. You authorize a card hold when you pick one; it is captured only after signoff.

fixed scope, fixed price, explicit signoff.

How it works.

01
You write a spec.

Plain prose is fine. During the pilot, every job is reviewed before it goes to builders so vague scope gets tightened before bids arrive.

02
Three builders quote.

Hand-picked operators who already run Claude Code or Codex as part of their stack. You get three sealed, normalized quotes back: price, ETA, what they're assuming, what they're not doing.

03
You pick one. Your card is authorized.

The accepted bid plus buyer fee becomes a card hold. It is captured on completion, released on cancellation, and kept authorized during one rework round.
